About Lake Koshkonong
Lake Koshkonong is over 10,000 acres of water to explore with miles of undeveloped shoreline. In addition to the lake, boaters can also explore the Rock River that has miles of additional shoreline and some amazing homes to view. Lake Koshkonong or the Kosh as the locals call it is one of the most popular recreational lakes in Southern Wisconsin. It's proximity to the state line and Milwaukee make it a popular destination for all of sourthern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Lake Kosh has a beach you can boat to as well as many bars and restaurants. It also has a popular area the locals call party cove which featuers a sandy bottom where hundreds of boats anchor and hang out during the warm summer months. Koshkonong is also popular for fishing in both the river and the lake. If your looking for a fun family adventure come on over to Anchor and rent one of our amazing pontoons and spend the day exploring the lake and river. You won't be dissapointed.
Additional Rental Information:
Any cancellations outside of the 72 hours or weather-related will be issued a gift certificate for a future rental. Less than 72-hour notice will incur the full rental charge. Re-booking rental will depend on boat availability.
Inclement weather: In case of inclement weather the day of the rental, Anchor will make a determination if it is safe for use of the boats. If Anchor cancels the rental, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule based on availability or Anchor will offer a refund.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled rental departure time.
No pets or grills are allowed on the boats.
All motorized rental operators born after January 1, 1989 must have boater safety certification. Persons born before January 1, 1989 do not need boater safety certification
Temporary boater safety certification is available upon completion of a short test at https://www.boat-ed.com/wisconsinrental/. The test cost is $11 and takes about 10 minutes to complete.
